        Well, what’s good about any 80s teenage movies then? I guess Say Anything just has touching characters and takes itself just seriously enough that the at-times depressing plot doesn’t bog the film down. Plus, the ending is great. It’s not a masterpiece or anything but it’s one of the better films about a relationship I’ve ever seen.
